Career exploration that moves from idea to experience.
Students do more than hear about careers. They build professional habits, get daily mentorship, practice leadership, and complete industry-connected forklift training through All Star Training Academy.
Industry exposure, workplace expectations, and guided conversations help students see real paths toward upward economic mobility.
Daily mentorship, professional development, leadership development, and mental health therapy support the whole student.
Forklift training certification gives students a practical skill connected to logistics, warehousing, and regional workforce needs.
Paid time. Real support. A usable next step.
The program is designed for students who are ready to learn by doing and be supported while they grow.
Students are paid for their participation, helping make summer career growth practical for families.
Peer Power mentors help students process what they are learning and connect it to goals after the program.
All Star Training Academy provides the industry training component for students who complete the program requirements.
Students practice communication, workplace readiness, expectations, and confidence for real employment settings.
Leadership development helps students understand their strengths and how to show up for a team.
Holistic support gives students space to care for the personal side of growth, pressure, and transition.
For students ready to find out what work can become.
This program is built for youth workforce-eligible students who want a structured summer experience, not just a place to spend the day. Students should be ready to show up consistently, participate fully, and learn in both classroom and hands-on training environments.
