Students do more than hear about careers. They build professional habits, get daily mentorship, practice leadership, and complete industry-connected forklift training through All Star Training Academy.

This program is built for youth workforce-eligible students who want a structured summer experience, not just a place to spend the day. Students should be ready to show up consistently, participate fully, and learn in both classroom and hands-on training environments.

The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, for three full weeks.

All Star Training Academy provides the forklift training certification. Summer 2026 program materials should also recognize Children’s Foundation of Memphis, Urban Landscape Foundation, and Monogram Foods.
